All users submitting content must provide accurate identification, including full name, email address, and phone number.

All submitted content must:

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Be supported by verifiable consent from all depicted individuals
  • Be subject to identity verification upon request

All content is reviewed prior to publication.


2. Prohibited Use Policy

The platform maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

  • Human trafficking
  • Sex trafficking
  • Exploitation or coercion
  • Physical abuse or violence

Any violation results in immediate removal, account termination, and potential referral to law enforcement.


3. Content Promotion and Attraction Policy

The platform prohibits the use of illegal or non-compliant adult content to attract users.

All promotional materials, including thumbnails, descriptions, and advertisements:

  • Must be lawful and accurate
  • Must not mislead users
  • Must not contain prohibited or exploitative material

4. Content Representation and Search Term Policy

The platform strictly prohibits any content, metadata, or search terms that:

  • Suggest or imply child exploitation material
  • Suggest or imply nonconsensual activity
  • Use misleading or coded language to bypass moderation

All metadata is subject to monitoring and enforcement.


5. Complaint and Content Reporting Policy

Users may report content through platform tools, email, or contact forms.

All complaints:

  • Are logged and reviewed promptly
  • Are evaluated based on applicable laws and policies
  • Are resolved within five (5) business days

6. Content Removal and Appeals Policy for Depicted Individuals

Any individual depicted in content may request removal.

Requirements:

  • Identification of content
  • Proof of identity
  • Statement of concern

All valid requests are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.


7. Consent Verification and Dispute Resolution Policy

All content must have valid, lawful consent.

  • If consent cannot be established → content is removed immediately
  • If consent is claimed void under law → content is removed immediately

If there is disagreement:

  • The matter is referred to a neutral independent body
  • The platform covers the cost
  • The decision is binding

Content remains inaccessible during disputes.


8. Enforcement and Compliance

The platform actively enforces all policies through moderation and verification systems.

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement

9. Platform Commitment

The platform is committed to:

  • Preventing illegal or harmful content
  • Protecting individuals depicted in content
  • Maintaining transparency and accountability
  • Ensuring full compliance with Mastercard and applicable regulatory standards
