Third-Party Content Provider Agreement

By submitting content to this website for review and moderation, you (“Content Provider”) agree to the following terms and affirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

1. Required Identification Information

You must provide and maintain accurate contact information, including:

Full Legal Name
Valid Email Address
Active Phone Number

2. Compliance with Laws and Standards

You agree that you will not submit any content that is illegal, violates applicable laws, or violates platform standards.

3. Consent Requirements

You must obtain written consent from all individuals depicted, including:

Consent to be depicted
Consent for public distribution on this website
Consent for downloading where applicable

4. Age, Identity Verification, and 18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance

The Content Provider represents, warrants, and certifies under penalty of perjury that:

All individuals depicted in any submitted content are at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created
The Content Provider has personally verified the age and identity of all individuals using valid, government-issued identification
The Content Provider maintains complete and accurate records in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75

The Content Provider acknowledges and agrees that:

They are the primary and/or secondary producer of the content as defined under 18 U.S.C. §2257
They are solely responsible for maintaining all required records
All records must be organized, accurate, and available for inspection as required by law

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Content Provider Verification

You agree to identity verification and may be required to provide government-issued identification.

6. Content Review, Moderation, and Enforcement Mechanism

All submitted content is subject to a mandatory compliance review process prior to publication.

The platform enforces the following controls:

a. Pre-Submission Enforcement

Content Providers must affirm agreement to this Third-Party Content Provider Agreement prior to uploading any content
Content submission functionality is restricted until such agreement is confirmed

b. Manual Review and Verification

All content is reviewed prior to publication to ensure:

All individuals appear to be 18 years of age or older
All individuals are clearly visible and identifiable
Faces match submitted identification documentation
Content does not contain any prohibited keywords, themes, or activities
Content complies with all applicable laws and platform standards

Content will not be published unless it passes all compliance checks.

c. Rejection and Removal Authority

The platform reserves the right to:

Reject any content that fails to meet compliance requirements
Remove any content at any time, including after publication
Suspend or terminate accounts associated with violations

d. Ongoing Monitoring

The platform maintains ongoing monitoring to ensure continued compliance and may take enforcement action at any time if violations are identified.

7. Affirmation and Acceptance

By submitting content, you confirm that:

All information provided is accurate
All representations made in this agreement are true
You fully understand and agree to these terms

8. Mandatory Face Visibility and Identity Matching Requirement

ALL content submissions must include fully visible, unobstructed faces for every individual depicted.

Content containing blurred, obscured, masked, cropped, or otherwise concealed faces will be REJECTED without exception.

Each individual’s face must be clearly visible and must MATCH the government-issued identification provided for verification
Submissions that do not allow for clear facial recognition and identity matching will not be accepted under any circumstances

This requirement is strictly enforced to ensure full compliance with:

Age verification
Consent validation
18 U.S.C. §2257 recordkeeping obligations

ONLY AFTER identity and consent have been fully verified and approved may face blurring be requested.

Any post-approval alteration does not remove the requirement that:

Original, unaltered content with visible faces is retained for compliance purposes

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any attempt to bypass this requirement will result in:

Immediate rejection of content
Potential termination of the Content Provider account

9. Prohibited Content, Keywords, and Activities

The Content Provider strictly agrees that the following content, keywords, depictions, themes, or activities are prohibited and will not be submitted under any circumstances:

a. Underage and Age-Related Prohibitions

Any individual under the age of 18 (actual or implied)
Terms such as “minor,” “teen,” “young,” “schoolgirl,” or any wording implying underage status
Age misrepresentation or ambiguity

b. Non-Consensual or Exploitative Content

Any content involving lack of consent, coercion, force, or exploitation
Terms such as “rape,” “forced,” “blackmail,” “sleeping,” “drugged,” or similar themes
Hidden camera or voyeuristic content without explicit consent

c. Incest or Familial Roleplay

Any depiction or implication of incest
Terms such as “mother,” “father,” “daughter,” “son,” “brother,” “sister,” “step-family” in a sexual context

d. Bestiality and Animals

Any sexual activity involving animals
Any depiction or implication of human-animal interaction

e. Violence, Harm, or Abuse

Content involving physical harm, torture, mutilation, or abuse
Use of weapons in a sexual or threatening manner
Any depiction of real or simulated violence

f. Coercion, Trafficking, or Exploitation

Human trafficking themes
Exploitation, manipulation, or control over another person
Financial coercion or “pay for compliance” scenarios

g. Illegal Acts or Activity

Drug use or illegal substances
Criminal activity depicted or encouraged
Any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law

h. Deceptive, Misleading, or Fraudulent Content

Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
Use of false documentation or misleading claims
Content that attempts to bypass platform verification or compliance systems

i. Obscured Identity or Verification Avoidance

Blurred, masked, cropped, or hidden faces at time of submission
Any attempt to conceal identity during verification

j. Other Prohibited Content

Any content that violates platform policies or standards
Any content that creates legal, reputational, or financial risk to the platform
Any content deemed unacceptable at the platform’s sole discretion

k. Legal Compliance Statement

All submitted content must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements, and does not violate any card association standards.

Final Acknowledgment

By submitting content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Third-Party Content Provider Agreement in full.
